1️⃣ Find What You Need

Use the search bar or browse categories to find tools, kit, or materials listed by other trades.
Each listing shows photos, condition, price, location, and seller details.

Tip: If you’ve got questions, hit “Ask Seller” on the listing to get the info you need before buying.

2️⃣ Make an Offer (Optional)

If the seller has offers enabled, you can submit a sensible offer directly from the listing page.
They’ll accept, decline, or counter.

Once an offer is accepted, you can move straight to checkout.

3️⃣ Add the Item to Your Basket

When you’re ready, click Add to Basket. You can continue browsing or go straight to checkout.

Your basket will show:

• The items you’re buying
• Quantities
• Prices
• Any accepted offer price (if applicable)

4️⃣ Apply a Coupon (If You Have One)

At the basket or checkout page, you’ll see a field labelled “Add Coupons”.

Enter your code and hit Apply .

You’ll immediately see:

• Discount applied
• Updated total
• Savings listed clearly

Coupons may come from promotions, welcome offers, or Crack On Mate campaigns.

5️⃣ Checkout – WooCommerce Powered

Crack On Mate uses a secure WooCommerce checkout, so it’s simple and familiar.

You’ll be asked for:

• Billing details
• Delivery address (if the seller offers shipping)
• Any notes for the seller
• Payment method

Payment options may include:

• Debit/credit card

Your total will reflect:

• Item cost
• Seller’s delivery cost (if any)
• Coupon discount
• Taxes (if applicable)

6️⃣ Place Your Order

Hit Place Order and you’ll receive:

• An on-screen order confirmation
• An email receipt
• Order details in your Crack On Mate dashboard

The seller is notified instantly so they can prepare dispatch or collection.

7️⃣ Arrange Delivery or Collection

Depending on what the seller offers, you may:

• Receive tracking details for shipped items
• Arrange a local pickup
• Confirm a time/place directly through Crack On Mate messages

Keep communication respectful and clear — helps everyone crack on.

8️⃣ Receive Your Item

Once it arrives or you collect it:

• Check the condition
• Make sure it matches the listing
• Contact the seller through Crack On Mate if anything is missing or unclear

9️⃣ Leave Feedback (Optional but Helpful)

After receiving your item, you can leave a rating or feedback for the seller.
This helps other trades know who’s solid and reliable on the platform.
