Managing your orders

Once you’ve bought something on Crack On Mate, you can easily track, review, and manage your orders using your account dashboard. Here’s how to find everything you need.


1️⃣ Log In to Your Account

Login to your account and go to your Dashboard here: https://crackonmate.com/dashboard/


2️⃣ Go to “Orders”

From your account menu, click: Orders

My Account → Orders

This is your main hub for anything you’ve bought on Crack On Mate.


3️⃣ View Your Order List

On the Orders page, you’ll see a list of all your purchases, including:

  • Order number
  • Item details
  • Date of purchase
  • Seller name
  • Order status (Processing, Completed, Shipped, etc.)
  • Total price
  • Action buttons (View, Track, etc.)

Everything is grouped clearly so you can find orders quickly.


4️⃣ Open a Specific Order

Click View on any order to open the full details.

Inside each order, you can:

  • See the product details
  • View the accepted offer price (if applicable)
  • Review shipping or pickup details
  • Check tracking information (if provided by the seller)
  • Message the seller directly through the order (add note)
  • See order notes or updates added by the seller

This page is your full breakdown of what you bought and where it’s up to.


5️⃣ Check Order Status

Order statuses include:

  • Processing — Seller is preparing your item
  • Completed — Seller has marked the order as fulfilled (usually means shipped or collected)
  • On Hold — Waiting for action from buyer or seller
  • Cancelled — Order was cancelled before completion

Statuses update automatically as the seller moves things along.


6️⃣ Track a Shipment

If the seller provides tracking:

  • A tracking number will appear in the order details
  • You’ll also see a Track Shipment link
  • Click it to view courier updates (DPD, Royal Mail, Evri, etc.)

If tracking is missing or unclear, you can message the seller directly from the order page.


7️⃣ Message the Seller

Inside the order, click Add Note or go to the Listing and click “Ask Seller” (or the “Chat” area).

Use this for:

  • Delivery questions
  • Pickup arrangements
  • Clarifying item details
  • Reporting issues respectfully

All communication stays safe inside CrackOnMate.


8️⃣ Download Your Invoice (If Needed)

Most orders allow you to download a PDF invoice directly from the order page.

This is useful if you’re:

  • Claiming work expenses
  • Logging tools/materials
  • Managing accounts

9️⃣ Mark Your Order as Received (Optional)


After your order is completed, you may be able to leave a rating or feedback for the seller.

This helps:

  • Other trades know who’s reliable
  • Good sellers get recognised
  • The marketplace stays solid

Tips for Buyers

  • Keep messages polite and clear
  • Check tracking before chasing the seller
  • Turn up on time for collections
  • Contact support if something feels off
