Hello — we are Crack On Mate

Proudly co-founded by Nigel Nyatsanza, we built Crack On Mate because we believe builders and trades deserve better. Better tools. Better support. Better ways to make money from leftover materials — and keep waste off site.

This whole thing started the same way many great ideas do — on a job, looking at a pile of perfectly good materials about to be thrown in a skip. Timber. Bricks. Insulation. Bags of cement. All usable. All paid for. All heading to waste… simply because there wasn’t an easy way for trades to shift it fast and earn something back. If you’ve been on the tools, you know the story:

1.You finish a job

2.You’ve got leftovers sitting around

3.They take up space, cost money, and eventually… get binned

Meanwhile, just down the road, another builder is starting a job and needs exactly what you’ve got — and would happily pay a fair price for it. It shouldn’t be that hard. And now, it isn’t.

Why We Built CrackOnMate

Nigel and the team saw the same thing over and over again and thought:

“There has to be a better way.”

So we built a simple, practical platform where trades can:

Sell leftover materials quickly
Buy gear cheaper and closer to home
Keep good materials out of landfill
Save money, make money, and crack on

Leftovers shouldn’t be a loss — they should be a little win on every job.
